{In The Midde Of Summer}

Summer is finally here! My Advanced Algebra II final was beyond brutal. I stayed up talking on the phone for almost two hours trying to figure out one part of a problem...and it wasn't even on the test! I think I just barely passed that class and now I have to go to pre-calc instead of the AP Calc course I originally signed up for... what a drag. Anyway, the rest of my finals were easy-peasy lemon squeezey! I am so excited to be a junior! But FIRST I have to get through this summer, which I already have planned out (of course!). My grandmother is hiring a French tutor to get me ready for AP French next year. Then, my mom is going to teach me tennis so that I can join the tennis team next spring. I'm going to get ahead in my English III class next year by reading all of the books required. And of course I'm going to have amazing summer adventures with my best friend Laura!! Lastly, I am going to attempt to teach myself Japanese, because I can! This is going to be a super fun summer! I'll keep you posted!

I’m up north right now, at Crystal Lake, Michigan.  My grandma dragged me up here with my younger brothers.  My older brother is frolicking around, doing whatever he wants, whenever he wants.  But that’s how it always is, no big deal.  I don’t really want to be in EL right now anyways.  I like spending the first weekend of the summer holidays somewhere else.  ‘m only staying for Friday night, but I’m happy about that, I don’t really want to spend my whole weekend up there.  :P

Well, I hope everyone has a pleasant weekend and do something fun!  For my sake!

Ouch, my feet really hurt now.  I just walked down Lake Lansing road to go home.  I was off at steaf’s house and I decided I should walk home so I could be there in time to let my brothers in.  They aren’t here yet but whatever, I’m just going to watch music videos.  My grandma is taking my brothers to , those luck buggers.  rawr.  I’m going up north this weekend, so I’m going to cheat a little bit.  I shall write a mock-blog-entry and schedule it to send itself to the blog tomorrow afternoon.  Because I’m a high-tech liar ha ha.   Yeah, so that is probably what I will do, so I will maintain my record of always writing in this blog for as long as it’s been up.  [;)]  I just took one of those random quizzes on Facebook…. and apparently I am Pyramid Head, my life is complete…. enough said.

I am also very obsessed with City and Colour right now.  Canadian band, and I love them.  I was just listening to Comin’ Home and now I’m hooked on them now.  Recently, I have been listening to one band for hours on end, and then moving on to another band that I don’t listen to much.  So, thanks to that, I have quiet a few new loves, music-wise.

I had final Exams today!  World Civilizations and earth Science.  I’m pretty sure I did well on both of them, especially World Civilizations, tres facil.  Mrs. Hmadi played us a goodbye song for children, it was kind of sad actually.  Between all our arguments on how to pronounce things and how many typos were on her PowerPoint presentations…  we had some fun.  But, she wont be at our school next year, she’s going off to work with a different…genre… of children (ha!).  A part of me will miss her, but the other part is happy to be done with that class.  Tomorrow is going to be Theatre II and Geometry.  Easy stuff once again.  My finals have always been easy pour moi.  Mais… that just means that next year, and the year after that are going to be a bit more challenging.  Well, I would say some excuse like “I have to go study for my finalzzz…” but you know that would be a lie.  I don’t have to study, nor will I.  I have 10% already done on my Geometry final since I did the review pages and got all the questions right.  I’m listening to this song, but I don’t know what it’s called… hold on…. oh, “At Least It Felt Like A Promise” by Triumph and Parade… i see, el oh el.  Well, two more days of school left and then…..SUMMER!  Yay!  I am so ready for it too, even though this year has rushed by… Okay, I shall go and do something else productive, like maybe print off my Printmaking final Reflection paper.  Au Revoir .

{Oh, How It's Been So Long...}

I am really bad at this. The Internet is finally working again at my house!! I've been so busy/lazy lately though to write. Again, sorry! Were to begin?? Okay, so on Friday last I went to Traverse City avec my grandparents. My aunt, uncle, and little cousin live up there so we visit them from time to time. Anyway, all i did there was study and eat tons of food...but it was fun yo. Today was a half day and I had my English II and World Civ exams. I am so happy to be done with those classes! Anyways, I'll write more later because I have to study for Advanced Algebra II and French IV tomorrow!

Yum, popcorn. Libby just gave me some, she just made it in the microwave in the Publishing room. The last full day of school today! I'm so excited! We just had our final lecture with Hmadi and I couldn't be happier. I mean, I love world history and all, but enough is enough, it's summer for Pete's sake! I just printed off all of the stuff on my hard drive at school since they delete it all at the end of the year. Just a bunch of poetry and some lyrics that I made look pretty. Oh, and an angry letter, a calendar, and a script for a scene in the movie Requiem for a Dream. I love that movie SO much! Not only does Jared Leto look amazing in it, but it's just an all around good flick. Hannah is sitting next to me, making flash cards for our world civ test tomorrow, but they're in Portuguese. I wonder why she isn't taking this opportunity with internet to write in our blog... hmmm. (ha ha :] ) But regardless of final exams tomorrow, the day after and the day after that, I'm looking forward to this week. It kind of snuck up on me though. My birthday is in 7days! It's weird, my birthday almost always sneaks up on me. I'm planning a joined birthday party with my older brother who has a birthday four days after mine. We're the same age for a few days and it's funny to think about, he's not even a year older than me, barley. The only reason this post isn't as pretty as my last bunch is because I'm writing this at school, and there isn't a blog writing editor like on my laptop. But I'll probably make this look stunning when I get home. I think my cat peed in my closet, stupid Toby.

I found this picture on flickr.  And I thought it was really cute.

And now I really want a tablet and pen for my computer.  Today was the last Monday of the school year. YAY!  Finally!  It doesn’t seem like it though, this week seems way to sudden and forceful to be the final week.  It’s more like the finals week, but whatever.  I may study for science and world history but nothing else, a little revision for maths maybe.   Well I have to make this really really short because my uncle is coming over.  So I hope today was wonderful, and I hope he picks up the fricken’ phone ha ha. :)
